Safety concerns rise in Dubrovnik and Novigrad

In Novigrad, residents of Mirna Street are warning of a dangerous situation involving a state-owned dilapidated building directly connected to their residential block. Following recent severe weather, a large portion of the ruins collapsed, increasing the risk to nearby homes. Residents claim they have been alerting authorities for two years, including the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets, but no remediation has been performed. They are calling for urgent intervention to prevent potential loss of life.
