SaffronStays and Hiranandani Communities partner for Alibaug luxury villas

SaffronStays and Hiranandani Communities have entered a three-year strategic partnership to provide property management and hospitality services for the Hiranandani Sands luxury villa enclave in Alibaug, Maharashtra.

SaffronStays will manage 121 premium private villa plots spanning approximately 12 acres within the larger 225-acre Hiranandani Sands coastal township. The company will operate an on-site front office to oversee end-to-end property maintenance and provide premium services, including private chefs, concierge support, and event management. Additionally, villa owners will have the option to monetize their properties through the SaffronStays rental platform.

The broader Hiranandani Sands development is an integrated township expected to include five hotels, a convention center, a yacht club, and a water sports zone.
