The Universidad Tecnológica de Querétaro (UTEQ) has launched the 'Fueling Up Effectiveness Leadership' (FUEL) program to train more than 200 employees from Safran Group’s five plants in Querétaro, Mexico.

The training program is structured into three core modules: Safety, Health, Environment, and Operational Performance; Workplace Compliance; and Collaboration and Commitments. The initiative aims to strengthen competencies in leadership, team development, organizational culture, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Luis Fernando Pantoja Amaro, rector of UTEQ, stated that the program allows the university to align its educational capabilities with the specific needs of the productive sector, particularly the aerospace industry. Vanesa Córdova, Human Resources Director at Safran Group, noted that the program focuses on fostering collaboration and operational efficiency among participants.
