Safranbolu mansion owner saves young man from choking
A young man was saved from choking after consuming a plastic cake decoration in Safranbolu, Karabük. The incident occurred at the Hafsa Sultan Konağı during a birthday celebration.
The individual mistakenly believed the plastic ornament on the cake was chocolate and swallowed it, leading to severe breathing difficulties. While friends attempted to assist, the owner of the mansion, Şengül Yılmaz, intervened using the Heimlich maneuver.
Yılmaz, who possesses first aid training, successfully cleared the obstruction within three attempts. The rescue was captured on security cameras.
