SAGA Metals reports strong drill results and high‑grade vanadium recovery at Labrador Radar project
SAGA Metals (TSX‑V: SAGA) released assay results from its ongoing diamond drilling program at the Radar titanium‑vanadium‑iron project in southeastern Labrador, Canada. The latest intercepts show broad zones of oxide mineralisation, including 97.6 m averaging 43.5 % Fe₂O₃, 6.6 % TiO₂ and 0.28 % V₂O₅, with notable sub‑intervals such as 66.1 m at 47.7 % Fe₂O₃, 7.4 % TiO₂ and 0.32 % V₂O₅. Temas Resources (OTCQB: TMASF) completed an independent Stage 1 metallurgical validation on the same mineralisation using its proprietary Regenerative Chloride Leach (RCL) platform. Tests achieved recoveries of up to 90.8 % titanium, 91.5 % iron and 97.4 % vanadium across various feed types. An independent reviewer confirmed that all Stage 1 objectives were met and recommended immediate progression to detailed bench‑scale optimisation, moving toward pilot‑scale testing and potential commercial deployment of the RCL technology on critical mineral ores.
