Sagamihara Chamber of Commerce hosts junior employee training

The Sagamihara Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organizing a skill-up training program for junior employees in late 2026. The program is designed for staff who have been with their companies for two to three years.

The training consists of two sessions. The first session, scheduled for November 11, focuses on business manners, ethics, and compliance to help employees build long-term trust with clients. The second session, scheduled for November 27, utilizes business simulations to teach teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
