Sagamihara City is offering a free Next-Generation Top Leader Training Course in collaboration with the Small and Medium Enterprise University. The program is designed for owners, executives, and successors of small and medium-sized enterprises operating within Sagamihara City to develop essential management skills and leadership capabilities.

The three-day training, scheduled for December 15, 16, and 21, 2026, covers topics including the fundamentals of corporate management, organizational building, and the practical application of financial data and balance sheets.
