Sagar QRF personnel avert rail accident by clearing stalled truck

A major railway accident was averted in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, when Quick Response Force (QRF) personnel manually pushed a loaded truck off the tracks. The incident occurred near the Makronia-Guda railway crossing when a truck, heavily laden with goods, experienced a battery failure and stalled directly on the tracks.

As a freight train was approaching, members of the 10th Battalion of the Special Armed Force, who were en route to law and order duties in Damoh, intervened. Recognizing the imminent danger, the personnel worked collectively to push the heavy vehicle to a safe distance before the train arrived. The tracks were cleared in time, allowing the train to pass safely without injury or damage.
