Sagawa Express launches emergency offline invoice issuance feature

Sagawa Express, a member of the SG Holdings Group, has launched an emergency invoice issuance function for its e-Hiden III Evo system. The new feature, which includes offline capabilities, went into service on September 28, 2026.

Developed in collaboration with SG Systems, the function is designed to support business continuity during natural disasters, communication failures, or system outages. By allowing users to switch to an offline mode, the system enables the continued issuance of shipping invoices directly from user terminals, minimizing disruptions to shipping operations and strengthening business continuity planning (BCP) for customers.
