Sahalee Players Championship features collegiate golf competition

The Sahalee Players Championship saw competitive performances from several collegiate men's golf teams at the Sahalee Country Club in Sammamish, Washington.

Duke University finished in fifth place with a 54-hole total of 895 (+31). Sophomore Carson Looney, making his Duke debut, placed eighth individually with a 3-over 219, highlighted by a second-round 68. Junior Ollie Mukherjee finished ninth at 4-over 220. Other notable Duke performances included senior Bryan Kim and junior Sam Mukherjee, who tied for 41st.

UCLA finished in seventh place through the first two rounds, shooting 22-over 598. Senior Alex Papayanoan led the Bruins with a two-round score of 1-over 143. Oklahoma State held the top position on the leaderboard after two rounds with an even-par 576, followed by Illinois in second place.
