Sahara Group appoints Chidilim Menakaya as Managing Director

Sahara Group has appointed Chidilim Menakaya as Managing Director to spearhead its ‘Beyond XXX’ vision. The move is intended to accelerate the company’s growth, innovation, and impact during its next phase of development.

Menakaya is a transformation and strategy executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Before this appointment, she served as Director of the Sahara Foundation, where she managed the company’s sustainability and social impact initiatives, including the expansion of the EXTRApreneurship model.

Executive Director Ade Odunsi stated that the appointment reflects the company’s commitment to purposeful leadership and its goal of building a resilient, future-focused enterprise capable of navigating a dynamic global environment.
