Saigon Glory appoints new Chairwoman to lead 500 million USD project

Le Nguyen Ngoc Tran, born in 1993, has been appointed Chairwoman of Saigon Glory Co., Ltd., replacing Ho Thanh Bao. This marks the second leadership change at the company within a short period.

Saigon Glory, formerly a subsidiary of Bitexco Group, was fully acquired by Phuong Dong Real Estate—an entity within the Masterise ecosystem—at the end of 2024. Following the acquisition, the company has undergone capital restructuring and established strategic partnerships.

A significant investment agreement in November 2025 secured approximately 20,700 billion VND to support the development of the One Central HCM project. This funding is expected to facilitate the project's restart in March 2026, with Newtecons serving as the general contractor.

Located in the Ben Thanh quadrilateral area of Ho Chi Minh City, the One Central HCM project has a total investment of 500 million USD. The complex is designed to include two towers (55 and 48 stories) featuring 214 apartments, 231 hotel rooms, Grade A+ offices, and high-end commercial spaces.
