Sail Boston 250 celebrates US founding with international tall ships parade

More than 60 tall ships and military vessels from over 20 nations entered Boston Harbor for the Sail Boston 250 festivities, marking the United States' 250th anniversary. The parade, led by the historic USS Constitution, included ships such as India's INS Sudarshini, Poland's Dar Mlodziezy, Chile's Esmeralda and Canada's Bluenose II, which docked at various waterfront locations across the city.

The vessels were open to the public from July 11 to July 15, drawing thousands of visitors who toured the ships, viewed historic cannons and explored onboard exhibits. The event highlighted Boston’s maritime heritage while providing a multinational showcase of sailing heritage.
