Sailors Maria Giubilei and Gianluigi Ugolini to appear in Monfalcone

Sailors Maria Giubilei and Gianluigi Ugolini will appear as guests at the MOVITE event in Monfalcone on October 3, 2026. The event, organized by Starbene Sport e Salute SSD, focuses on movement, health, and local territory.

Giubilei and Ugolini recently competed as trimmers on the Luna Rossa AC40 during the America's Cup preliminary regatta in Naples, where the team secured a victory over Emirates Team New Zealand by approximately 17 seconds. Giubilei is noted as the only woman in the competitive crew.

The morning program at Kinemax will include institutional greetings from local officials, including the mayors of Ronchi dei Legionari and Monfalcone, as well as European Parliamentarian Anna Maria Cisint. The event aims to promote physical activity and health awareness through talks and testimonials.
