Saint Laurent unveils gold-themed Spring 2027 collection in Paris
Anthony Vaccarello presented the Saint Laurent Spring/Summer 2027 collection at the Trocadéro during Paris Fashion Week, marking his tenth year as creative director. The show, set against the Eiffel Tower, featured a collection heavily defined by gold tones, including metallic fabrics, brocades, and embroidery, alongside classic black silhouettes and sharp tailoring.
The presentation occurred amid widespread industry speculation regarding Vaccarello’s future at the luxury house. While Kering CEO Luca de Meo declined to comment on rumors of the designer’s departure, the show’s atmosphere was described by some observers as having a sense of finality. The event drew high-profile attendees, including Kate Moss, Rosé of BLACKPINK, and Zoë Kravitz.
In addition to the fashion show, Kering hosted the launch of the Kering Accademia per le Eccellenze in Milan, an educational initiative aimed at training a new generation of luxury artisans to preserve Italian craftsmanship.
