Saint Marc Holdings to open Bakery Cafe C in Kobe Sanchika

Saint Marc Holdings is opening its third Bakery Cafe C location at the Sanchika underground shopping mall in Kobe on August 28. The new establishment is directly connected to Sannomiya and Kobe Sannomiya Stations.

The cafe focuses on three pillars: Croissants, Coffee, and Café. It will offer over 40 varieties of bread, including freshly baked croissants made in-store every morning. The menu features international trends, such as “crotches”—a combination of croissants and mochi originating from South Korea—available in kinako and chocolate flavors. Other specialties include fried croissant sandwiches.

In addition to food, the Kobe Sanchika location will offer exclusive beverages, such as “Matchai” (a blend of matcha and chai) and smoothies inspired by the Sanchika mascot, “3-kuma.” The shop will also provide a dedicated takeout window to accommodate commuters and shoppers.
