Saint Mary's men's water polo wins historic home opener

The Saint Mary's men's water polo team secured a historic 20-11 victory over Whittier during their first-ever home game at the Soda Aquatic Center. The event was attended by a sold-out crowd.

Three players—Mason Black, Rocco Di Rosa, and Hamish Ellison—each recorded hat tricks to lead the offensive effort. Hamish Ellison scored the first goal in the program's home history. Andrew Donlin contributed five assists, while Federico Castrucci and Griffin Lagsdin shared goalkeeping duties.
