Sakura Harbour opens in Searsport, Maine

Sakura Harbour, a new restaurant in Searsport, Maine, has opened, offering Japanese-inspired cuisine featuring local ingredients. A signature menu item is the Local Maine Scallop Shooter, which allows diners to pair fresh scallops with sake, house-made ponzu sauce, or a combination of both.

Due to the fresh preparation of the scallops, the restaurant requests that customers provide at least two hours' notice to order the Scallop Shooter.
