Saúl Guarirapa expected to join Olimpia

Venezuelan striker Saúl Guarirapa is expected to join the Paraguayan club Olimpia. The 23-year-old forward, who most recently played for Zhejiang FC in China, is reportedly traveling to Paraguay to finalize the transfer.

Olimpia is expected to purchase his sporting rights from the Russian club FC Sochi, with a contract potentially lasting until 2029. Guarirapa, standing 1.88 meters tall, has a professional career that includes stints in Russia, the United Arab Emirates, and China. He previously played for Caracas FC and has made appearances for the Venezuelan national team.
