Sala Urban Area launches Sarene and Savila projects

The Sala Urban Area has officially launched the sale of two new projects, Sarene and Savila, marking a new development phase for the district. Located within the Thu Thiem Financial and Urban Center, these projects aim to increase the supply of high-end housing in one of Ho Chi Minh City’s most valuable locations.

Sarene is designed as a luxury apartment and commercial complex in the North Sala zone, featuring views of the Saigon River and integration with local green landscapes and the central lake. The development follows a philosophy centered on resident quality of life and experience.

The launch coincides with a broader development cycle in Thu Thiem, which includes the construction of a political-administrative center, a central square, and various cultural works. Additionally, metro lines are being promoted to improve connectivity between Thu Thiem, the existing city center, and Long Thanh International Airport.
