Salamina concert postponed following fatal wildfire

The scheduled concert by Ria Ellinidou at the Euripides Theatre in Salamina has been postponed as a sign of mourning following a fatal wildfire on the island. The fire, which broke out on Sunday, resulted in two deaths.

The Aias Athletic Club announced that the performance, originally set for Tuesday, August 18, has been rescheduled for September 3, 2026, at 21:30. Organizers stated that the delay in making the official announcement was due to the emergency circumstances and the need to prioritize monitoring the tragic developments on the island.

Existing tickets remain valid for the new date.
