Salernitana unveils limited edition San Matteo jersey

U. S. Salernitana 1919 and technical sponsor Givova have unveiled a limited edition jersey dedicated to Salerno's patron saint, San Matteo. The white kit features gold finishes and an embossed texture inspired by the crown of San Matteo.

The jersey will debut during the match against Giugliano on September 19. For commercial purposes, only 219 numbered copies will be produced, symbolizing the date of the saint's feast day. These will be available for purchase through the club's online store starting September 18.

The initiative also serves a charitable purpose. Match-worn jerseys will be auctioned on the CharityStars platform, with all proceeds donated to the Salerno section of AIL (Associazione Italiana contro le Leucemie-linfomi e mieloma) to support the fight against leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
