Assosoftware proposes digital investment plan amid maritime and aviation updates

Several corporate and economic developments have been reported across different sectors. In Italy, Assosoftware has proposed the ‘Investo Digitale’ initiative for the upcoming budget law. The proposal aims to accelerate the digitalization of micro and small enterprises by allocating €3.623 billion in public resources over three years, which could potentially trigger €6.48 billion in total investments.

In the maritime sector, Hanwha Power has received Approval in Principle from the American Bureau of Shipping for a 22,000 CBM LNG bunkering vessel concept design. The design features LNG-ammonia multi-cargo capability and a hybrid electric propulsion system to reduce emissions during coastal operations.
