Salesforce and Anthropic launch Claudeforce AI partnership

Salesforce and Anthropic have announced an expanded strategic partnership called ‘Claudeforce’. The collaboration integrates Anthropic’s Claude AI reasoning capabilities with Salesforce’s enterprise infrastructure, including data, workflows, business logic, and governance.

The partnership debuts with ‘Salesforce in Claude’, a plugin offering 37 prebuilt sales skills. This allows users to reason over live revenue context, automate pipeline updates, and perform governed actions directly within the Claude interface. The integration is supported by Salesforce’s ‘AIforce’ enterprise harness, which utilizes MCP servers, APIs, and CLI tools to connect business data to AI agents without complex integrations.

Future plans include deeper integrations across Claude, Salesforce, Slack, Tableau, and Headless 360 to enable dynamic app building and automated enterprise question-answering.
