Salesforce introduces AI-powered Slackforce Surfaces

Salesforce has introduced Slackforce Surfaces, an AI-powered conversational interface designed to integrate Salesforce CRM capabilities directly into the Slack workflow. This tool allows users to transform Salesforce data into interactive experiences, such as dashboards, reports, or executive decks, through plain-language requests to Slackbot.

Unlike static snapshots, Slackforce Surfaces remains connected to underlying data, providing real-time updates and automatic refreshes within the chat environment. This aims to reduce the need for users to switch between different applications to analyze or act on information.

Slack offers various pricing tiers to support these features, ranging from a Free plan to Pro, Business+, and Enterprise+. In European markets, the Pro plan is priced at approximately €6.75 per user monthly with annual billing, while the Business+ plan is priced at €15 per user monthly with annual billing.
