Salesforce partners with Vivekananda Hospital in India to launch AI-driven patient engagement platform

Salesforce has teamed up with Vivekananda Hospital Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata, West Bengal, to deploy an AI‑powered patient engagement platform built on the Agentforce 360 platform and integrated with the hospital’s existing HIMS. The solution consolidates patient and doctor data, field operations, outreach and AI into a single system, featuring Patient 360, Doctor 360, beat planning and campaign management, plus real‑time dashboards and automated workflow tools.

During the hospital’s Mega Health Carnival in January 2026, QR‑code‑enabled digital workflows captured more than 600 patient enquiries in three days, demonstrating the platform’s capacity to convert high‑volume community outreach into structured, actionable interactions. Salesforce South Asia President Arundhati Bhattacharya highlighted AI’s transformative potential for healthcare, while Vivekananda Hospital Director Soumily Dutta emphasized the creation of a connected ecosystem for patient and caregiver engagement.
