Salitre Mágico announces 833 jobs for Festival del Terror

Salitre Mágico has announced 833 job openings for the 11th edition of its Festival del Terror in Bogotá, scheduled for 2026. The recruitment drive aims to staff various roles necessary for the event's operation and performance.

The vacancies are divided into two main categories: 258 positions for artists and ‘scary actors’ (asustadores) who will perform characters and participate in themed tours, and 575 operational roles. Operational positions cover areas such as customer service, attraction operation, logistics, food and beverage, technical support, security, and ticketing.

Applicants must be adults and can apply with or without prior experience. Roles are available for full-time or weekend shifts, with compensation based on the current minimum wage and legal benefits. Those applying for performance roles are required to undergo an audition where they must prepare a horror character.
