Salko UK completes critical energy project maintenance in Netherlands

Yorkshire-based engineering firm Salko UK has completed critical maintenance work for a major European energy project in the Netherlands. Working in partnership with ENGIE, a 13-person team performed essential repairs on three exhaust gas housings and diffusers at the Maxima Centrale site.

The project was completed in 37 days, ensuring the unit is restored for optimal efficiency ahead of its scheduled operation at the end of the year. Salko UK was selected for the task due to its expertise in turnkey services for gas turbine exhaust systems, including repairs and liner replacements.
