Salma Hayek celebrates 60th birthday and discusses aging

Actress Salma Hayek recently celebrated her 60th birthday on September 2, marking the milestone by sharing photos of herself swimming in the ocean on social media with the caption, “60 and grateful.”

Speaking at the Kering Foundation's Caring for Women Dinner in New York, Hayek attributed her sense of well-being and “glow” to surrounding herself with good female friends and working toward meaningful goals. She has previously advocated for body positivity and embracing individuality rather than attempting to look “overproduced” as she ages.

Hayek attended the annual benefit, which raises funds to combat gender-based violence, alongside her husband, Kering chairman François-Henri Pinault.
