Angelina Jolie promotes new film ‘Without Blood’

Angelina Jolie is promoting her directorial work, ‘Without Blood’, based on the novel by Alessandro Baricco. The film, which stars Salma Hayek and Demián Bichir, explores the lasting trauma of war and the loss of global diplomacy.

During the film's promotion, Jolie and Hayek discussed their close friendship, which began while working on ‘Eternals’. Hayek noted that Jolie’s support was vital while filming in Veracruz, Mexico, allowing her to navigate a demanding and emotionally complex role. Jolie shared that the project began as a personal necessity during a difficult period in her life, noting that the book was ‘one of the few things I had with me’ during a time of significant personal transition.
