Salt Bank appoints Roxana Cristea as Chief Business Officer

Salt Bank has announced the appointment of Roxana Cristea to the position of Chief Business Officer (CBO), a move currently awaiting approval from the National Bank of Romania (BNR).

Cristea brings over 20 years of banking experience to the role, with a background in product development and commercial strategy. In her new capacity at the 100% digital Romanian bank, she will oversee product development, commercial activities, and the Care Center division. Her responsibilities include transforming ideas into consumer products and enhancing the overall customer experience.
