Salta Municipality offers free refrigeration and air conditioning training

The Municipality of Salta, in collaboration with Tecnoclima, has launched a scholarship program to provide free training in refrigeration and air conditioning for 50 local residents. The initiative aims to address labor shortages in the sector, particularly during high-demand seasons like spring and summer.

Beneficiaries, who must be over 18 and residents of Salta, will undergo a two-month course consisting of 32 total hours of instruction. The curriculum covers refrigeration best practices, the impact of ozone depletion on the environment, and the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems. Participants will receive certification upon completion.
