Saltillo City Council approves property tax stimulus

The Saltillo City Council has unanimously approved a fiscal stimulus for property tax payments. Throughout the month of September, taxpayers with outstanding debts will only be charged a surcharge of one peso per year of delinquency.

Mayor Javier Díaz González has encouraged citizens to settle their debts at the municipal presidency offices to take advantage of this period. Additionally, the council received preliminary drafts for the 2027 Revenue Law and Expenditure Budget, which have been referred to the Finance Commission.
