Saltillo hospital construction reaches 30% completion
Construction of a new hospital in Saltillo, Mexico, has reached 30 percent completion. The facility is being built on the site of the former Eurotel, located at the intersection of Venustiano Carranza Boulevard and Canada Street.
According to Juan Carlos Saade Talamás, director of American Hotels Group, the project is being developed by IDH Salud with an estimated investment of 500 million pesos. The five-story medical complex is expected to be finished in approximately 12 months.
The planned infrastructure includes 30 consultation rooms, four operating rooms, 30 beds, and an intensive care unit. The development is part of a larger transformation of the former Eurotel grounds, which has already seen the opening of Homewood Suites and Tru by Hilton hotels.
