Saltillo inaugurates PetStar recycling center

Saltillo Mayor Javier Díaz González led the inauguration of the PetStar collection center and the Salón Vive, projects by Arca Continental designed to promote a circular economy through the collection and recycling of PET bottles.

The facility represents an investment of 26 million pesos and has an annual recovery capacity of 1,200 tons of bottles. This marks the 24th center of its kind established by the company across Mexico.

State officials, represented by María Bárbara Cepeda Boehringer, emphasized that the project aligns with Coahuila's goals for development and social welfare through cooperation between the government and the private sector.
