Saltillo man dies following cardiological study

A 55-year-old man died in Saltillo, Coahuila, following a cardiological study at a local clinic. The patient had arrived at the facility to undergo a dobutamine echocardiogram, a procedure involving the administration of medication.

After the study was completed, the man began experiencing chest discomfort in the waiting room and subsequently lost consciousness. Despite approximately 30 minutes of resuscitation efforts by medical staff, he was pronounced dead at approximately 16:10 hours. The attending physician noted that the patient and his wife had been informed of potential complications and had provided consent for the procedure. The Criminal Investigation Agency has arrived at the scene to conduct inquiries, noting no immediate signs of violence.
