Jujuy announces 2027 wine train schedule and cultural agenda

In Jujuy, Argentina, the Tren Solar de la Quebrada showcased its immersive augmented reality experience at the International Tourism Fair (FIT). A major announcement included the 2027 programming for the Tren del Vino, which will feature 40 scheduled departures starting in February 2027. These regular Saturday trips aim to boost the Jujuy Wine Route by connecting local wineries with the Quebrada de Humahuaca, a World Heritage site, via Latin America’s first solar train.

Simultaneously, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in San Salvador de Jujuy has launched a diverse cultural agenda for October. The program features the Provincial Visual Arts Salon across three venues, including Culturarte, the Macedonio Graz House Museum, and the Andean Young Art Center. Additional activities include free workshops in writing, drawing, and coplas, as well as musical performances and guided tours designed to promote regional identity and heritage.
