Saltillo to host 2026 Archery World Cup Final

Saltillo, Coahuila, has been officially named the host for the 2026 Archery World Cup Final. The event, organized by CONADE in coordination with the Government of Coahuila and World Archery México, is scheduled to take place on September 12 and 13, 2026.

The competition will feature the world's top 32 archers, divided into eight athletes per category across both recurve and compound bows for men and women. The matches are set to be held in the city's Historic Center, utilizing the Plaza de Armas as a primary stage.

Mexico will be represented by a seven-member delegation, including athletes such as Ana Paula Vázquez, Sebastián García, and Andrea Maya Becerra. International stars expected to participate include six-time champion Brady Ellison and Colombian archer Sara López. Officials noted that hosting this high-level event reinforces Mexico's status as a reliable venue for major international sporting competitions.
