Salto FC and Saprissa set for decisive home fixtures in Uruguay and Costa Rica

Salto FC will host Deutscher on 9 August at the Estadio Vispo Mari in the Primera Divisional C of the Uruguayan Football Association. The club hopes to add points and reinforce its home support as it pursues a higher league position.

Deportivo Saprissa travels to the Miguel “Lito” Pérez stadium in Puntarenas for an evening match. Defender Jorkaeff Azofeifa said the night‑time conditions are advantageous, noting, “Yo no he jugado a las 11 de la mañana en Puntarenas nunca… el ritmo de juego es más rápido”. Saprissa aims to extend its strong record in the Pacific region and continue its push for the national championship.
