Salto thermal baths report high tourism during spring holidays

The thermal bath centers of Termas del Arapey and Termas del Daymán in Salto, Uruguay, have reported significant tourist activity during the spring holiday week. Local officials noted high occupancy rates and a strong presence of domestic tourists.

Salto Mayor Carlos Albisu visited both sites, observing high usage of campsites, hotels, bungalows, and swimming pools. Albisu emphasized the ongoing efforts to improve the facilities to reach excellence for the northern region of the country. Mariano Casola, the manager of Termas del Arapey, attributed the positive turnout to favorable weather conditions and a high level of occupancy.
