Reported issues include waiting times for doctor visits lasting between one week and 40 days, delays in obtaining prescriptions for chronic medications, and difficulties reaching registration desks by phone.
Salus Medical Center responded to these reports by stating that the facility is currently undergoing an integration process involving former Evita clinics. The center manages over 27,000 primary healthcare patients and noted that changes are planned for October to address the situation.
