Salvatore Caronia: precautionary measure revoked in San Marino investigation

Salvatore Caronia, the general manager of Giochi del Titano, has had his precautionary measure revoked by the Investigating Commissioners in San Marino. The decision follows his interrogation regarding an investigation into an alleged money laundering scheme involving approximately 7.5 million euros, conducted by the Court of San Marino in collaboration with the Prosecutor's Office of Ravenna.

Through his lawyer, Tania Ercolani, Caronia stated that he was able to clarify his position and demonstrate the correctness of his actions. He also clarified that he voluntarily suspended himself from his duties to protect the interests of the company and the state shareholder, contrary to some media reports.
