Salvatore Caruso wins Corsa del Dottor Carlo in Cepagatti

Salvatore Caruso of the CPS Professional Team won the 10th Corsa del Dottor Carlo, a Juniores cycling race held on September 5 in Cepagatti, Pescara. The victory was decided in a tight sprint following a decisive breakaway that established a lead approximately 25 kilometers from the finish.

Edoardo Fiorini, representing Team ECOTEK Zero24, finished in second place, marking his best result of the 2026 season. His teammate Gianmarco Paolinelli secured fourth place after assisting Fiorini during the final stages of the 112-kilometer course. Giovanni Campidelli of Sidermec SLP completed the podium in third place.
