Salzburg to host Alpine hospitality real estate masterclass in 2026

Prodinger Tourismusberatung has announced the ‘Alpine Hospitality Inside – Masterclass,’ a practitioner seminar scheduled for November 24, 2026, at the Hotel Hubertushof in Anif near Salzburg.

Initiated by Thomas Reisenzahn and Marco Riederer, the one-day event focuses on the development, financing, modernization, and long-term value preservation of hotel real estate in the Alpine region. The seminar aims to address complex challenges such as rising construction and financing costs, evolving guest needs, new operating concepts, and high requirements for energy efficiency and economic viability.

The curriculum covers strategy, architecture, and financial resilience, featuring topics like benchmarks, returns, positioning, and sustainable value increases. The event will conclude with a panel discussion titled ‘From the Idea to the Bankable Hotel Property’ and is intended for owners, investors, architects, and leaders within the Alpine holiday hotel industry.
