Sam Hilliard hits 100 runs and 100 RBIs in KT Wiz victory

KT Wiz outfielder Sam Hilliard achieved a significant milestone during a 15-3 victory against the Doosan Bears at Suwon KT Wiz Park. Hilliard recorded 100 runs and 100 RBIs in a single season, becoming only the 12th foreign player in KBO League history to reach the 30 home run, 100 RBI, and 100 run threshold.

During the game, Hilliard went 4-for-5 with one home run, his 37th of the season. This performance helped KT Wiz maintain their first-place position in the league, extending their lead over the second-place Samsung Lions to 2.5 games.

With 16 games remaining in the regular season, Hilliard aims to reach a .300 batting average and 40 home runs. He currently holds a .305 average and 37 home runs.
