Actor Sam Neill, best known for his role as paleontologist Dr. Alan Grant in "Jurassic Park," will appear posthumously in the live-action film adaptation of Nintendo's "The Legend of Zelda."

Neill passed away in July at the age of 78 due to pneumonia. His performance in the Zelda production was completed three months before his death. While his specific character and the extent of his role remain undisclosed by the production, the film is directed by Wes Ball.

In addition to the Zelda project, Neill's final works to be released include a role in "Godzilla x Kong: Supernova" and voice work for the Australian comedy "The Fox."
