Saman Kish delays capital increase process
Saman Kish Electronic Payment Company has announced a delay in its planned capital increase process. The company originally proposed increasing its capital from 1.3 quadrillion to 2.5 quadrillion tomans through various methods, including shareholder claims, accumulated profits, and cash contributions.
However, Shaparak approved only a limited increase of up to 55.9 billion tomans, sourced solely from accumulated profits. Consequently, the company intends to communicate with the Central Bank regarding the request for a delay. The capital increase process has been removed from the Securities and Exchange Organization's agenda until a final decision is reached and necessary permits are obtained.
