SAMANA Developers launches premium brand SAMANA COLLECTA

SAMANA Developers has launched SAMANA COLLECTA, a new premium real estate brand focused on lifestyle-led developments in Dubai and international markets. The brand aims to offer highly curated residential experiences through distinctive locations and international collaborations.

The flagship project for the new brand will be located at The World Islands in Dubai, with a gross development value exceeding AED 4 billion. This development is expected to include 840 branded residences, seven floating villas, and two tree villas, designed to facilitate year-round island living.

Additionally, the company is developing Samana South Haven 2 in Dubai Industrial City. This project offers studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, with studios starting at AED 640,000. Completion for the South Haven project is anticipated in the second quarter of 2029.
