Samantha Ruth Prabhu's pregnancy retreat in Thailand debunks baby shower rumor

Indian actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is expecting her first child with husband Raj Nidimoru, posted a series of photos and videos from a wellness retreat in Thailand. The images show her enjoying spa treatments, nutritious meals, light exercise and quiet moments with her husband.

Social media users claimed the pictures were from a baby shower, but Samantha’s team clarified they were taken at a wedding ceremony and that no baby shower has taken place. In an Instagram caption she wrote, “Wellness has always been my favorite kind of travel. @chivasomhuahin is a gentle reminder to slow down, listen to your body, and make space for stillness.”

The actress is using the break to focus on health and self‑care while awaiting the birth later this year.
