Samborowice Fire Brigade Youth Camp Returns with Rescue Training

In Samborowice, Poland, a six‑day municipal fire‑brigade and tourism camp for youngsters took place, combining practical rescue and fire‑safety training, first‑aid instruction, obstacle courses, hikes and evening campfires.

The event was organized by the Volunteer Fire Department of Pietrowice Wielkie and longtime volunteer Brunon Stojer, continuing a tradition that began in 1992. Mayor Adam Wajda said, “To help, you need to know how to help,” emphasizing the camp’s aim to foster responsibility, volunteerism and the idea of helping others among local youth.
